We collect the name, contact details, property address, repair description and photos you submit so Eastland can assess your repair, prepare advice or pricing and arrange work with you.

Who can see your request?

The Eastland owner can review submissions through the protected trade desk. Anyone holding your private tracking link can also view your request, so share it carefully. Information is stored using the website’s hosting and storage providers and may be processed outside New Zealand.

What should I upload?

Only upload photos relevant to the repair. Avoid people, identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information. Make sure you have permission to submit information about the property.

Access, corrections and deletion

You can ask Ethan at Eastland Contracting to access, correct or delete your request using the contact details below. Information is used for the repair enquiry and any agreed work, and should be retained only as long as needed for those purposes and applicable record-keeping obligations.
